The beginning of fall in Minnesota is always a rush to pack in everything: all the fun bits of summer, like “up north” lake life, along with all the great fall activities that begin, like apple picking. Minnesota Harvest Apple Farm outside of Jordan is the epitome of that early fall “apple picking” experience- not only are there plenty of apples to be picked, they even have a sunflower maze and an apple catapult!

Picking your own apples from an apple farm is the perfect bucket list item and worth taking a weekend road trip to do. There are always more things to do for the kids plus the joy of being outside and getting apples as fresh as you possibly can. I grew up coming here with my grandparents. I’ve tried several orchards since and none compare to MN Harvest :) Looking forward to the sunflower maze, that must be new? And BTW, love your photos!

Bre- the sunflower maze was so cool! Yes, I think it’s new because last time I was there they had a corn maze that wasn’t nearly as good.
I also agree with you that this one seems to be one of the best for visiting- I love going here. And THANK YOU so much for the love on my photos :-)

  4. I love apple farms! We usually go to Aamodt’s in Stillwater, but this would be a fun trip as well especially because of the candy store.
