Raspberry-Banana Smoothie

Looking down on the raspberry banana smoothieInto a standard blender combine one ripe banana with frozen raspberries to make sure that your drink is chilled. Wild raspberries are fabulous and will give the drink it’s deep red color, but cultivated raspberries are equally delicious. Add the milk and pulse away. It takes about 5 minutes from start (peeling your banana) to finish (taking your first sip) so there’s no reason not to make one right away!
