Instructions
Fill water bath pot with water, put on stove and cover so that it will be boiling by the time you are ready to use it.
Put lids in hot water to soften wax around rims for an easier seal.
Smash blueberries with a potato masher (or by hand if you’re trying to make it fun). You will end up with about 6 cups of smashed berries
Add blueberries to stainless steel pot and add sugar and honey. Bring to a boil.
Add lemon juice, lemon peel, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Cook ingredients for about 10 more min, but not too long that your syrup begins to thicken, like jam.
Remove from stove and pour blueberry bliss liquid into jars.
Wipe rims of jars with a clean cloth. Secure lids and screw on bands.
Process in water bath for 10 min. Remove and let cool.
