French Fries– a staple for every home and delicious to the last bite. You can buy pre-made, frozen fries and lots of other options, but I prefer to make my own- through the entire process. I’m blessed enough to get to grow and dig my potatoes. Which makes the eating all the more rewarding, plus then I get to control how much salt and oil get on my fries, which is always a good thing.

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Thinly slice your potatoes lengthwise, across the thickest part of the potato. Then put the slices face down and slice lengthwise again, in order to get long thin rectangular slices of potato.
- Place all potatoes in a bowl and coat with olive oil and seasoned salt. Mix so that every potato has olive oil on it.
- Place potatoes on a cookie sheet, spread out evenly. Stir once, at about 15 min., and bake for 15 min. more, or until potatoes are golden brown. Remove fries and allow to cool. Add more salt if desired. Serve with your favorite condiments.
