Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
- 1/3 cup Fruit of your choosing
- 1/2 cup Nuts of your choosing
- 1 tsp. honey

Instructions
- In a small pan bring milk to boil. Stir in flax seed and oats. Reduce heat.
- Simmer oats over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Top with fruit, nuts, honey, milk and serve.
