- 8 cups blueberries
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Fill water bath pot with water, put on stove and cover so that it will be boiling by the time you are ready to use it.
- Put lids in hot water to soften wax around rims for an easier seal.
- Smash blueberries with a potato masher (or by hand if you're trying to make it fun). You will end up with about 6 cups of smashed berries
- Add blueberries to stainless steel pot and add sugar and honey. Bring to a boil.
- Add lemon juice, lemon peel, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Cook ingredients for about 10 more min, but not too long that your syrup begins to thicken, like jam.
- Remove from stove and pour blueberry bliss liquid into jars.
- Wipe rims of jars with a clean cloth. Secure lids and screw on bands.
- Process in water bath for 10 min. Remove and let cool.
