- 6 Apples, slightly tart medium to large
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 tsp. honey if desired

Instructions
- Peel your apples, slice and de-seed them. Put them in a crockpot. Pour in 1/2 cup of water. Just enough water to cover the bottom of the crockpot. Add cinnamon stick (or 2) and honey.
- Leave crockpot on high heat for 2.5 hours, or until apples sort of melt together into applesauce. Or cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve hot over vanilla bean ice cream for an extra special dessert treat!
