Instructions
  1. Peel your apples, slice and de-seed them. Put them in a crockpot. Pour in 1/2 cup of water. Just enough water to cover the bottom of the crockpot. Add cinnamon stick (or 2) and honey.
  2. Leave crockpot on high heat for 2.5 hours, or until apples sort of melt together into applesauce. Or cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Serve hot over vanilla bean ice cream for an extra special dessert treat!
