Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef or Venison could do 1/2 lb of sausage
- 8 oz. Diced Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Saltine Crackers crumbled
- 5 to 10 leaves Rosemary fresh
- 5 to 10 leaves Savory fresh
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Meatloaf Topping
- 1 Tbsp Siracha Ketchup or regular ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard, yellow
- 1 pinch Brown Sugar

Instructions
- Heat grill to 375° (using a grill that can apply indirect heat.)
- In a bowl combine tomatoes (include all juice if using canned tomatoes), crackers, rosemary, savory, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together so crackers are completely moistened. Add meat and combine completely.
- Once meat mixture is combined form two "loaves" and place on aluminum foil.
- Combine Siracha Ketchup and Mustard in a bowl and slather the top of each loaf. Finish off by sprinkling a pinch of brown sugar over the top.
- Cook loaves for 45 minutes or until center of loaf is 155 degrees.
- Remove from grill and cover with foil, let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm and Enjoy!
