Recipe for Grilled Meatloaf
Instructions
  1. Heat grill to 375° (using a grill that can apply indirect heat.)
  2. In a bowl combine tomatoes (include all juice if using canned tomatoes), crackers, rosemary, savory, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together so crackers are completely moistened. Add meat and combine completely.
  3. Once meat mixture is combined form two "loaves" and place on aluminum foil.
  4. Combine Siracha Ketchup and Mustard in a bowl and slather the top of each loaf. Finish off by sprinkling a pinch of brown sugar over the top.
  5. Cook loaves for 45 minutes or until center of loaf is 155 degrees.
  6. Remove from grill and cover with foil, let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm and Enjoy!
