Photography is my passion. When I have a camera in hand, I am happy.
I see my life and the moments in it as pictures, even when I don’t have my camera in hand, I am snapping away, trying to get the best image.
That being said, making a career out of photography is easier said than done.
When I originally joined MatadorU I thought I wanted to use my photography to see the world and share it through my eyes to others. Now I would rather share stories and moments of those nearby with the world. I think that people spend so much energy traveling away from home that they forget the travel stories that are right next door.
My hope with my photography is to capture those stories and preserve them. Share them. Get others interested in them. One person’s travel story is another person’s home and life.
