Mankato YWCA Women’s Leadership Conference 2014

I just spent the past few days at a women’s leadership conference hosted by the YWCA of Mankato. It was powerful, thought-provoking and awe-inspiring. The kind of thing that jump starts you into action. Serious action.

Some of our speakers were women from the community who were called ‘Dream Weavers’ who spoke on following your dreams.The image above and the piece of art, located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, makes me think of a dreamcatcher every time. Which is fitting for the amazing accomplishments of these ladies.
